His work demonstrates a consistent focus on practical, buildable design outcomes, balancing functionality, cost, and user experience.
Tony is a qualified Project Manager and a member of the Australian Institute of Project Management, bringing a disciplined and structured approach to project delivery, risk management, and quality assurance.

She has the enviable ability to develop innovative, crafted, and informed design solutions that are responsive and aligned to the intent of each project. Her knowledge and extensive experience on a wide range of high-level hospitality, corporate, retail and residentaial projects enables her to cross pollinate design solutions, thus providing a more informed depth to each design response. Sue is a dedicated professional and evokes inherent considerations for sustainability. functionality, longevity and the delivery of a project.

M. Arch. Melb Uni, AIA, ARBVNick Ye is a Senior Architect at Baenziger Coles with extensive experience in the delivery of architectural and building design services.
Nick plays a key role in the development and coordination of architectural designs, translating project requirements into clear, functional, and buildable solutions. His experience spans all project stages, with particular strength in detailed design, documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination, ensuring that projects are well-resolved, compliant, and ready for construction.
He is experienced in digital design and documentation workflows, including BIM (Revit-based delivery), supporting efficient coordination, clash detection, and high-quality documentation outputs.
