Timber slats above the deck, balcony and in front of windows are integral to the design of the house and offer some sun shading and privacy. The area underneath the deck and the living area is the perfect spot to shelter cars from harsh weather conditions.The first floor deck naturally extends the living area, great for a lovely time with family and friends or simply to enjoy the outdoors.
